The strong management team of J.Dot is made up of its directors who have a wealth of experience.
Wayne Woods
Managing Director
Wayne has a long history in a senior management role within a successful logistics company based all over the UK.
Wayne holds experience in opening new sites and continually growing them in size and capabilities.
Wayne started in this role over fours years ago and feel the time is right build his own company with the support of the other directors.
You will find Wayne in an operational role working continually to improve performance.
James Dodd
Operations Director
James worked 15 years in management for a large retail company. He decided to take a break from management to enable him to spend more time with his Daughter and Wife.
James joined J.Dot as a part time driver in 2019 but quickly progressed through the ranks with a role that allows him to spend more time taking his daughter to and from School.
James is Wayne’s right hand man and is fantastic at problem solving, collating all metrics and making sure that the business runs smoothly 24/7. James is very important to the daily running of the business and a joy to have on board, he’s not afraid to be vocal but in the right manner.
Gary Spencer
Operations Manager
Focused on driving the business forward, looking after everyone at JDot and maximising any opportunities that come our way.
With a young lad at home, I am very much a family man and when on my down time I am keeping him active, possibly him keeping me active, not sure on that one just yet.
Been a fantastic couple of years and very much looking forward to the future.
Warner Easton
Fleet Manager
Warner joined J.Dot in 2020 when he moved up from down south.
His roots are South African and is a very good friend of Bruce Grobbelaar.
The ex-Liverpool goal keeper helps the company out with all social media and presenting football kits out to the teams that we sponsor.
Warner’s role is to look after the fleet, arranging everything from new tyres to bodywork servicing and everything else in-between. He is integral in the running of the business.
Megan Brodie
On Site Manager
I think I bring organisational skills and have enjoyed my 1st year in management with JDot, which has seen us grow massively. Now, more importantly than ever, we work as a team to communicate and continue to push forward to gain further growth.
I believe I have developed myself working alongside the experienced managers but also believe that I bring something different that helps us all work together.
Finally I believe the drivers are the most important people to JDot and my priority will always be to make it a great group to work for
Kalvin King
On Site Manager
I am to JDOT what salt is to pepper
I have been with JDOT for over 3 years and have helped grow a relatively small team in drivers and management to a large and respected multi site company operating in 4 different cities in the North West.
I am driven by quality in performance and hard work. I oversee all things operational, recruitment, training and management.
I’m a family man, a Liverpool fan and a honest hard working lad.
Jordan Pritchard
On Site Manager
I have been with JDOT for over 2 years now, and after starting out as a driver, I was then given the opportunity to showcase my communication and organisational skills in the office as a manager. After helping grow our Knowsley depot to where it is now, I was tasked with launching a brand new site in Preston.
Proud to be part of the family at J.Dot.
Aaron Barclay
On Site Manager
Aaron – joined JDCL at the beginning of 2022 as a driver where I then progressed to become an on-site manager in Manchester.
Aaron has improved immensely as an onsite manager and gained the skill sets that are needed within the daily running of his depot.
I love spending time with my kids and taking them to watch Football
Andrew Wyatt
Fleet Assistant
Andrew has been with the company since JDot was formed and in fact delivered the first ever parcel for the company.
Wayne’s Mum had known Andrew for over 20 yrs and was instrumental in Andrew joining the company. Andrew is a breath of fresh air and also a close friend of the family but more so Wayne.
June would be very proud of how far Andrew has come within the company and long may his growth continue.
